Novian Pro is part of the Novian IT group – a team delivering smart software, AI, and data solutions across Europe. We work with both public institutions and private companies – from big names in Lithuania to new international clients.
We’re growing fast and looking for a B2B Digital marketing specialist to help us connect with the right people in the right companies. You’ll drive outbound lead generation – researching prospects, starting conversations, and booking qualified meetings.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Researching and identifying potential clients across European markets.
  • Creating and managing prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles.
  • Crafting personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages to start conversations with decision-makers.
  • Qualifying leads and scheduling discovery calls or product demos.
  • Tracking campaign performance, experimenting with messaging, and optimizing results.
  • Working closely with sales and product leads to align on targeting and messaging.
  • Staying current with the latest trends and tools in digital prospecting and B2B outreach.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital sales, outbound, or lead gen.
  • Hands-on with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, Lemlist, etc.
  • Great writing skills in English – clear, sharp, and human.
  • Proven ability to generate B2B meetings.
  • Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • Curious, data-driven, and eager to experiment.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of email deliverability & LinkedIn best practices.
  • Extra languages (German, French, Nordics) are a plus.
